What is Semtam?

Semtam is an unique southbohemian cultural-social magazine which is distributed free of charge. Its editorial team consists of people who are interested in cultural and social events in the region. They are creative personalities with different hobbies, different ages and education (starting from students of high schools), different professions and even a few nationalities. Thanks to that the content is various, multicultural and multilingual. Semtam does not fear to be unconventional, investigative and critical. It brings publicistic texts and reports of diverse genres which are devoted to many cultural spheres, social topics and lifestyle. Primary it is focused on the South Bohemian region.

Space is dedicated to external correspondents too, especially personalities of regional public life, to their opinions and comments to current affairs. All is refilled by rubrics with practical advice, entertaining and an extensive cultural service for the whole region. The form of the magazine is special not only for its format but also because of its original design and the way of processing texts, photos and other graphical elements which reflected characters of different authors. Thereby each edition is unique.
